A Bit About Therapy

I work one on one with children and adolescents to gain new understanding, accountability, and implementation of emotional, behavioral, and social understanding and regulation across settings. I utilize individualized, yet evidence based, developmentally appropriate techniques in an affirming, warm, non-judgmental, and respectful environment. Parents are provided the support and skills they need to facilitate their relationship with their children and support their child in their growth.
